Porta dei Leoni
The third gate to the village, Porta dei Leoni could only be reached on foot; it consists of an evocative succession of barrel vaults that frame the Ascensione Mountain. Its name derives from the ancient doors, now kept in the Civic Art Gallery, on which two lions carved in wood are depicted.
