Come and enjoy an authentic experience of flavor and tradition at Gobbi&Mannocchi winery.
In collaboration with La Casereccia – Pasta all’Uovo, we will guide you through a cooking class where you’ll learn how to prepare one of the most beloved symbols of Marche cuisine: olive all’ascolana.
Each participant will make 10 olives by hand, discovering the techniques and secrets of the original recipe.
But that’s not all.
After the workshop, we’ll enjoy a delicious aperitivo together, including:
- a glass of the winery’s wine
- the olives you’ve just prepared
- a selection of fritto misto all’ascolana by La Casereccia
To conclude the experience, there will be a guided tour of the winery, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the world of wine and its stories.
The cooking class will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 10 participants.
