A circular route that brings together – through a common thread of stories and different historical periods – the borderland between the municipalities of Montalto delle Marche and Carassai. Olive groves, vineyards, and the wild Menocchia Valley unfold along the way, with open views toward the high Sibillini Mountains and the secondary peaks of the Ascoli area. The Rocca of Monte Varmine and Roman-era remains accompany the harmony of the landscape. At the end of the hike, an olive oil tasting, a light local snack, and a visit to the local olive mill are included.
