We will walk among the vineyards of the town that gave birth to the “tough Pope” Sixtus V, the inventor of the famous fojetta. Along the way, we will learn about its history and uses before being welcomed at a local farm, where a light aperitif dinner featuring local products awaits. With our appetites satisfied, the itinerary concludes with a return to the elegant village of Patrignone.
