Passion, modernity, and connection to the land are the words that best describe the Gregori family’s project. Their choice to focus on the cultivation of the Ascolana Tenera DOP olive comes from the experience passed down by their grandparents, and from their love for the land and for the products that have made this region famous. Today, over a thousand olive trees grow on their historic lands, turning the entire farm into a center specialized in producing the Ascolana Tenera. The ambition and modernity of the project go beyond the olive groves, materializing in the olive processing laboratory, which allows the company to complete the entire production chain on site.
