A moderately difficult route offering a variety of scenic and natural viewpoints. The journey starts at Piazza Sisto V and continues toward the municipal cemetery, behind which begins an ancient communal road that once connected the historic center to the Aso valley. After a couple of steep but manageable sections, the path continues along the valley, following the SP238 to reach the Sisto V Mill, located 100 meters past the turnoff for Comunanza on the left. From there, the route returns along the SP238 toward Pedaso until the marked intersection at Contrada Valle, a picturesque ascent through oaks and vineyards leading to the final stretch of Contrada Cimirano. After a few moderately steep sections, the path reconnects with SP23, which leads back to Piazza Sisto V, less than 1 km from the finish.
The itinerary includes some medium-level inclines, making it suitable for hikers with a basic level of fitness or for those wishing to complete the route using an E-Bike
