One of the three rural churches in the territory of Patrignone. Built starting in 1508, it features a small bell gable with a single bell. It has fine terracotta decorations, and inside the single-nave interior preserves valuable frescoes attributed to the workshop of the Patrignone painter Giacomo Bonfini.
